Ailton Ferreira won the seven-figure prize playing the $5 scratch-off game "Bonus 50X." There are two $1 million prizes still in circulation for that game.

Ferreira elected to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity.

He bought the ticket at  Regina’s at 203 Main St. in Everett. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
